Media Dominatrix Offers Urban Life With a Bite on New TV Show

Ft. Lauderdale, FL  June 26, 2011--Many Many Ways Productions brings internet darling MoMo Willy and her quirky perspective to television, hosting a new urban lifestyle program debuting July 12 on South Florida’s UTV.

“The Show” features MoMo Willy dining at local restaurants, interviews with hometown heroes, performances by underground artists, and music videos.  Seen through a stylish lens of good cheer, The Show’s tag “the new, the now, the necessary,” illustrates the emphasis on current trends and important information.

“I wanted to stay true to my perspective and develop a program that highlighted my favorite things,” the tastemaker offers with a smile. “I’m not the girl partying in the club every night. I’m the lady who enjoys networking mixers, fashion shows, good food, and music that the radio won’t add to their playlist.  There are millions like me, but not enough programming to cater to us and our interests.”

Producer as well as Host, MoMo Willy is no stranger to wearing many hats for her projects.  She produced and starred in the internet smash hit “The Wonderful World of MoMo Willy” which was featured exclusively on famed hip hopper NYOIL’s website during its run.  She also produced and hosted a blogtalk radio show “The Experience with MoMo Willy” featuring the best of conscious hip hop and reggae, and interviews with notable figures such as NY Times Best-Selling author Omar Tyree, the legendary MC Lyte, and humanitarian and founder of the seminal hip hop group X Clan, Paradise Gray.

“I’m stoked!” the exuberant MoMo Willy squeals. “When you have an insatiable appetite for life, you savor every bite. The Show allows viewers to share everything that feeds me: tasty cuisine, food for thought, delicious clothes, and eargasmic music.”
“The Show” airs on South Florida’s UTV, digital channel 34.2.  The almost 900,000 households with converter boxes can enjoy MoMo Willy’s guide to Dade and Broward County every Tuesday afternoon at 4pm.  Each episode will rerun on The Show’s website for those outside of UTV’s coverage area.

UTV is South Florida’s first and only African-American television station. It is broadening its audience by adding edgier content, starting with “The Show.”

Many Many Ways Productions aims to develop “quality content with a kick.”  In addition to producing the urban lifestyle program “The Show,” they are developing a short film entitled “I Just Found Out I was Black,” slated for 2012 film festival circuit.
